The architecture of WiseBreak v2.0 and later has been redesigned.The 64-bit installation
packages are released for both Linux and Windows.The auto-pick module gets great improvement,and the
percentage of correct FB increases dramatically.There are also outstanding improvements in job
management,auxiliary modules and data management.

1.Release for Linux
|
We provide the 64-bit intsallation packages for Linux and Windows for
formal clients.RHEL6.5 and later versions are suggested for Linux users, and Windows 7 and later versions
are suggested for Windows users. WiseBreak users both in Linux and Windows can share licenses in a dongle
which attaches to any node in the network.

2.Job management and batch processing
|
- Jobs implement in multi-thread and take advantage of multi-core CPU.
- The user can terminate a job at any time.
- Almost all processing modules can be run in batch mode.

3.Core modules improvement |
- Pick module: the algorithm gets great improvement,and
the percentage of correct FB increases dramatically. The error rate decreases by more than 40% in
comparison with the v1.6..
- Fit module: the parameter "LVL Velocity" is evaluated automatically and
the fitting result gets notable improvement. The user need not to test the parameter.
- Screen module: data I/O was optimized, the execution has better
efficiency.

4.New auxiliary modules
|
- Encrypt/Decrypt SEGY: Encrypt/Decrypt SEGY by moving and rotating the
survey.
- Browse SEGY Header: check the SEGY headers.
- Parallel View: by linking different FB editing windows to compare the FB
files, and select the best processing parameters.
- FB Cross-plot: evaluate the FB file graphically.
- Log viewer: because of the compatibility of text coding, the user may
see the log in Chinese as messy codes in Linux. The viewer deals with the problem.

5.Auxiliary modules improvements |
- SEGY Export: export the SEGY in any shot range, any time gate and any offset range.
- FB Merge: can execute merging in batch processing.
- Browse FB file: browse the data shot by shot, and the user can locate the data of a
special FFID.

6. Data Management |
In v2.0 and later version, the parameters and dialog settings are stored into a database
file. The auxiliary data is isolated from technical datasets, and data safety is better. The upgrade of
WiseBreak is easier for the user.
